The Petitioner, who appears in person, very fairly states that the information which was sought, by the Petitioner, back in the year 2022. More than one and half years have passed and the Petitioner has been once again relegated to the RTI stage itself, wherein the CPIO has been directed to follow Section 11 of the RTI Act. He states that at this juncture he would be satisfied with an order directing the CPIO to complete the process under Section 11 of the RTI Act within a period of six weeks from today. 2.

In view of the above, Respondent No.1 is directed to complete the hearing under Section 11(2) of the RTI Act within a period of six weeks from today.
