Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that an inadvertent mistake had occurred while passing the order dated 20th September, 2023 by the Appellate Authority of the Delhi Development Authority ("DDA").

She submits that the order which was earlier uploaded on the DDA website was only a draft order, which had been uploaded inadvertently. She further submits that today she has handed over the actual copy of the order th dated 20 September, 2023 passed by the Appellate Authority in the case of the petitioner.

details of some other person. Thus, in view thereof, it is clear that the earlier order that had been uploaded on the DDA website was not the correct order pertaining to the petitioner.

Since learned counsel for the DDA has now handed over a copy of the actual order passed by the Appellate Authority in respect of the petitioner herein, it is deemed appropriate that the petitioner files a fresh petition challenging the aforesaid order.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of along with the pending applications, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition to challenge the order dated 20th September, 2023 passed by the Appellate Authority of the DDA with respect to the claims of the petitioner.
