% 11.02.2019 MAC.APP. 226/2019 & CM APPL. 6233/2019 (Stay) Let notice be issued to the respondent No.1 by all the modes prescribed, on the appellant taking the necessary steps, returnable on 18.07.2019.

Issuance of notice to respondent Nos.2 and 3 is dispensed with, as counsel for the appellant submits that no relief is claimed against them. Till then, subject to appellant depositing the entire awarded amount with interest with the concerned Tribunal within six weeks from today, operation of the impugned Award shall remain stayed qua appellant and the amount so deposited be converted into annual Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDRs) with automatic renewals. It is made clear that if the aforesaid deposit is not made within the stipulated period, then this interim order shall not operate.
