O R D E R

% 21.02.2019 Learned APP submits that petitioner has already joined the investigation in terms of order dated 11.02.2019. However, it is submitted that complainant has made a complaint regarding threat extended by some unknown persons to her and the witnesses. This complaint has been inquired by the Investigating Officer and it is found that petitioner has not threatened either complainant or the witnesses personally, inasmuch as, no phone call appears to have been made by him to the complainant or any of the witnesses. Trial court has dismissed the application for anticipatory bail of petitioner vide order dated 04.02.2019 only on the ground of alleged threat extended by the petitioner to the witnesses.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has never

threatened the complainant or the witnesses nor has any intention to do so in future.

Keeping in mind totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
