After some hearing and having regard to the objections raised by the respondent as to the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, Mr. Ashish Dholakia, learned Senor Counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to move the appropriate Court in Kolkata. He states that the petitioner will make a request to the concerned Court for exclusion of time spent in this Court. 2.

Having regard to these facts, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
