Mr. Divyanshu Rai, Advocate for the petitioner stated that he has already filed the representation on 14.08.2024 before the respondent no.2/Indian Council of Agricultural Research for renewal of license and disposal of the leftover stocks. The counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition considering the pendency of representation filed on 14.08.2024.

Accordingly, the present petition along with pending applications, stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in case of altered circumstances. DR.
