The instant writ petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for the production of two minors, namely S and N, who are the daughters of the Petitioners in the respective writ petitions.

Both minors have been recovered and the Status Report has been filed.

accused, namely Vishal and Raju, who had lured the girls away, have been arrested and are currently placed in judicial custody. 4.

This Court has interacted with the two minors and the parents of the minor S, daughter of the Petitioner in W.P.(CRL) 691/2025. 5.

Learned counsel states that the Petitioner in W.P.(CRL) 699/2025/father of the minor N is in custody for an offence under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, for allegedly committing the murder of the relative of the accused, who had lured the girl away. 6.

The father of the minor S states that there is a serious threat to the future and safety of the two minors.

Looking at the age of the minors and after interacting with the parents of S, this Court is of the opinion that the minors be kept at Sanskar Ashram, Dilshad Garden, New Delhi.

The minors are directed to be produced before the Child Welfare Committee on 09.04.2025 and the Child Welfare Committee is requested to pass appropriate orders in the facts of the case. 9.

Since the minors have been recovered, no further proceedings are warranted in the two writ petitions.

The writ petitions, along with pending applications, stand disposed of.
