By virtue of the present application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No.711/2023 dated 11.10.2023 registered at PS.: Mundka, Delhi under Section 394/395/397/412/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law before the learned Trial Court, if as and when required.
