% 11.02.2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by inaction of the police on his complaints apropos as alleged incident dated 01.10.2018. Let this writ petition be treated as the petitioner's representation by the DCP of the area concerned who shall look into the matter and take appropriate steps. The petitioner shall be kept informed of the progress or the decision, as may be. The petitioner may appear before the DCP on 15.02.2019. The police shall preserve all records pertaining to the petitioner's case.

The petition is disposed off in the above terms, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court in case of any persistent grievance. A copy of this order be given dasti to the parties, under the signature of the Court Master.
