This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in the year 2019, seeking a direction to Respondent No.1 to issue 'No Objection Certificate' ('NOC') to the Petitioner for forwarding his application to the Airports Authority of India ('AAI') as well as quashing of the letter dated 14.11.2018 issued by Respondent No.2.

On 11.02.2019, when the petition had come up for admission, an interim order was passed by the Court directing Respondent No.1 to issue NOC to the Petitioner to participate in the interviews with a caveat that issuance of NOC shall be subject to outcome of the present petition. 3.

Mr. Krishna, appearing on behalf of Respondent No.1, on instructions, submits that said Respondent shall not withdraw the NOC, W.P.(C) 1409/2019 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and in fact in the meantime all claims of the Petitioner have been fully settled.

In view of the stand of Respondent No.1, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.

Writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms, binding Respondent No.1 to its assurance. The legal grounds on which the policy is challenged, are left open.
