% 18.02.2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioners inter-alia praying for a direction to the respondent no.2 to consider their representation against the order passed by the respondent no.2 debarring the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the contents of the present petition may be considered as a representation to the respondent no.2 against the order debarring the petitioners.
In view of the prayer made, the respondent no.2 is directed to consider the contents of the present petition as a representation and pass a Speaking Order on the same within a period of four weeks from today after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioners made in the present petition. Needless to state, in case the petitioners are aggrieved to the order so
passed by the respondents, it shall always be open to the petitioners to challenge the same in accordance with the law. The petition is disposed of in the above terms, with no order as to cost.
