% 24.02.2020 The learned counsel for the parties submit that the lis has been amicably settled between the parties by way of a Settlement Agreement dated 12.02.2020, courtesy the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, whereunder the workman is to receive an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- and in compliance of the said Agreement, Rs. 1,00,000/- has been tendered by way of a DD bearing no. 039396 dated 19.02.2020 in the name of the respondent.

The learned counsel for the parties submit that in view of the above, no further orders shall be required.

The petition is disposed-off accordingly.
