By the present petition, the petitioner prays that his case be considered for pre-mature release.

It is pointed out that the petitioner's request for pre-mature release was rejected by the Sentence Review Board ('SRB') in its meeting held on 21.12.2023 and his case has now been forwarded to the learned Law Officer, PHQ, Tihar for onward submission in the upcoming meeting of the SRB.

Considering that the case of the petitioner has been forwarded for being considered by the Authorities, no orders are required to be passed at this stage.

The present petition is, therefore, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in case any grievance remains in future. Pending application(s) also stand disposed of. AMIT MAHAJAN, J AUGUST 12, 2025 / 'KDK'
