By way of this petition under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 691/2023 dated 13.10.2023 registered at P.S. Tilak Nagar, under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

After some arguments, Mr. Mahesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. 3.

The bail application, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any comments on the merits of the matter.
