The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 27.01.2020 passed by the trial court in an application for interim bail arising out of FIR No. 339/2016 registered under Sections 395/397/412/201/ 120B IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act at P.S. Darya Ganj. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's cousin sister is getting married on 30.01.2020. It is further submitted that vide order dated 27.01.2020, the trial court had granted custodial parole only for six hours. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is the only cousin brother. It is also submitted the petitioner has been released earlier as well on interim bail, which was not misused by him. 3.
Learned APP, on instructions, confirms that the petitioner has been released twice on interim bail and he has not misused the said concession. 4.
In view of the above, the order dated 27.01.2020 passed by the trial court is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall be released on interim bail for two days i.e., from 30.01.2020 to 31.01.2020, on his furnishing a
personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court and subject to the following conditions :- i) During the release period, the petitioner shall intimate his mobile number/landline number to the Investigating Officer/SHO of P.S. Darya Ganj.
ii) The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of P.S. Sonia Vihar during the interim bail period. iii) After expiry of interim bail the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent at 05:00 pm.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.

Copy of the order be communicated to the Jail Superintendent for serving it on the petitioner and for compliance. 7.
Copy of the order be also given dasti to the counsel for the petitioner under the signatures of Court Master.
