Since the matter pertains to the recruitment process of services of GNCT of Delhi, the same would be barred by Section 14 of Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 as also by the ratio laid down by the Supreme Court in L. Chandra Kumar vs. Union of India and Others reported in (1997) 3 SCC 261.

Learned counsel submits that since there is a grave urgency in the present petition, he requests that the present petition be directed to be listed before the learned Tribunal, if possible, today itself. 3.
