The present writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 31.07.2023 passed by the learned Administrative Tribunal in O.A.661/2020. Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has allowed the original application preferred by the respondents by relying on its earlier order dated 21.01.2022 passed in O.A 1907/2021.

A perusal of the record shows that a writ petition being W.P.(C) 168/2023 assailing the order dated 21.01.2022 passed in O.A.1907/2021 was preferred by the petitioners, which writ petition has been dismissed by this Court on 09.01.2023.

petitioner seeks to vehemently contend that some of the issues raised by the petitioners were not considered by the learned Tribunal as also by this Court in W.P. (C) 168/2023, we see no reason to take a different view than the one taken in W.P. (C) 168/2023. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed in terms of the order passed in W.P.(C) 168/2023.
