Grievance of the petitioner is to the effect that his vehicle, of which he was paying regular EMIs to the concerned bank which has financed the vehicle, has been unlawfully taken away on 15.02.2026. It is submitted that petitioner had approached Police Station Adarsh Nagar but his complaint was not even lodged. However, when asked, learned counsel for petitioner, in all fairness, submitted that he never approached the concerned jurisdictional Court for seeking appropriate remedy or for direction to the concerned police station to register FIR. 2.
After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned jurisdictional Court for seeking necessary remedial action for the aforesaid illegal and unlawful repossession of his vehicle or to take any other judicial remedy, as available under law.

The petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.

A copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for petitioner under the signatures of the Court Master.
