Applicant seeks regular bail in a case arising out of FIR No.0110/2024 dated 05.07.2024, for commission of offences under Sections 140(1)/103(1)/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (corresponding Sections 364/302/34 IPC), registered at P.S. Vasant Vihar. 2.
After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present bail application at this juncture.

He, however, prays for liberty to file the application afresh once the material public witnesses are examined.

It has been apprised by learned counsel for the applicant that the concerned complainant is not appearing before the learned Trial Court for last around one year.
