Learned Counsel for the Respondent states that the Quality Council of India has been notified under Section 14(3) of the Administrative Tribunals Act and, therefore, since the petition raises service dispute, the Central Administrative Tribunal is the appropriate forum. 2.

Confronted with this, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal.
