Applicant seeks regular bail in a case arising out of FIR No.0630/2025 dated 03.12.2025, for commission of offences under Sections 309(4)/3(5)/61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (corresponding Sections 392/34/120-B IPC), registered at P.S. Pahar Ganj. 2.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present bail application at this juncture.

He, however, seeks liberty to file application at a later stage as and when need so arises.

The present application is disposed of as not pressed. 5.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
