The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 205/2015 of PS Sangam Vihar for offence under Section 302/364/365/120B IPC and Section 25/27 Arms Act.

Broadly speaking, in this case of double murder, accused/applicant is in jail since 2015 and entire prosecution evidence stands concluded and even Statement of Accused under Section 351 BNSS stands recorded. 3.
In the above circumstances, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with the request that trial court be directed to dispose of the entire trial within three months. 4.
Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
