% 29.01.2020 This is a petition under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award by a period of six months effective from 31st January, 2020.

Mr.Rajiv Kapoor, Advocate, who appears for the respondent on advance notice, gives his consent for extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award. Accordingly, the time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended by a period of six months effective from 31st January, 2020.
