By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the following relief(s):

"a. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent to release the petitioner on IIIrd Spell of Furlough of two weeks."

Ms. Astha, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had moved an application dated 28.12.2023, wherein he had request furlough for a period of two weeks, on the ground of maintaining social ties with family and society.
