W.P.(C) 553/2018 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states, he would be satisfied if the writ petition and the supplementary representation to be filed by the petitioner is considered by the concerned authority, i.e., Deputy Commissioner, Rohini Zone, who by giving a hearing to the petitioner pass a reasoned and speaking order. Ms. Mini Pushkarna, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent / North Delhi Municipal Corporation on instructions states, such a recourse shall be adopted by the respondent and a speaking order shall be passed within a week from today.

Noting the submissions made by the counsel for the parties, the Deputy Commissioner, Rohini Zone to consider the writ petition as representation along with a supplementary representation to be filed by the petitioner on or before January 22, 2018 and giving the petitioner a hearing on January 23, 2018 at 2 PM, when the petitioner shall appear, shall pass a reasoned order on or before January 27, 2018. If the petitioner is still aggrieved with the order to be passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Rohini Zone, he shall be at liberty to file a petition in accordance with law.

The petition stands disposed of.

CM No. 2341/2018 (for stay) In view of the order passed in the writ petition, this application has become infructuous and disposed of as such.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the Signatures of the Court Master.
