The present Application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Application/Petitioner No. 1 seeking to release FDR bearing Nos. 922040060367823 and 922040060368154, in the sum of Rs. 16,00,000/- and Rs. 10,00,000/-, drawn in the name of Mrs. Akasha Aggarwal, both dated 19.04.2022 respectively, deposited with the Registrar The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

General of this Court in terms of the direction passed vide Order dated 22.04.2022 in CRL.M.A. 7124/2022 vide which the Petitioner No. 1 was permitted to travel to Australia from 25.04.2022 to 05.05.2022 and direction to the Axis Bank, Civil Lines, New Delhi Branch not to object to the release of the amount deposited by way said two FDRs. 2.

It is submitted that the Petitioner No. 1 has duly complied with the Order dated 22.04.2022 and returned to India. 3.

Therefore, the prayer is made that the two aforesaid two FDRs may be released.

Mr. Premtosh K. Mishra, learned counsel appearing on advance Notice on behalf of the Respondent No. 1, accepts notice. 6.

Mr. Zoheb Hossain, learned Special Counsel appearing on advance Notice, accepts Notice on behalf of the Directorate of Enforcement. 7.

Ms. Anubha Bhardwaj, learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing on advance Notice, accepts Notice on behalf of the Central Bureau of Investigations.

It is submitted on behalf of the Respondents that the appropriate Orders may be passed.

Considering that the Order dated 22.04.2022 has been duly complied with, the Registrar General is directed to release the FDR bearing Nos. 922040060367823 and 922040060368154, in the sum of Rs. 16,00,000/- and Rs. 10,00,000/-, drawn in the name of Mrs. Akasha Aggarwal, both dated 19.04.2022 respectively, to the Petitioner No. 1 forthwith in accordance with law.

The Axis Bank, Civil Lines Branch, New Delhi is directed not to object to the release of the amount deposited by way said two FDRs. 12.
