This petition is filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of period for concluding the arbitration proceedings.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that this is an international commercial arbitration seated in India and without prejudice to this contention, there is no objection to the extension being sought. 3.

In view of the above, the time period for conclusion of the proceedings is extended by six months.
