Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks extension of the interim bail for a period of three months in case bearing FIR No.189/2014 registered at Police Station Nangloi, Delhi, for the offences punishable under Sections 302/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

The aforesaid relief has been sought by the petitioner on the ground that his medical condition is not stable as he was admitted in the Maharaja Agrasen Hospital, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi, on 07.01.2016. As per the report of the concerned doctor, the petitioner will remain admitted for about 4-5 days and thereafter he needs bed rest to recover from the disease. 3.

It is pertinent to note that vide order dated 06.07.2015, the petitioner

was granted three months interim relief vide Bail Application No.1240/2015. Thereafter, vide order dated 12.10.2015, the interim protection was granted for a further period of three months, thus, he is on interim bail since 06.07.2015.

As averred in this petition, the petitioner has remained admitted in various hospitals and is presently admitted in the Maharaja Agrasen Hospital noted above.

Keeping in view the medical condition of the petitioner and the status report filed by the State, I am of the considered opinion that the interim protection of the petitioner should be further extended maximum for one month.

Accordingly, the interim protection granted vide order dated 06.07.2015 to the petitioner is further extended for a period of one month from the last period on the earlier terms and conditions, as directed by this Court vide aforesaid order dated 06.07.2015.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. 8.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The Registry of this Court is directed to send copy of this order to the concerned Jail Authorities for information.
