% 30.08.2018 Learned counsel for the parties have drawn our attention to the order dated 25th April, 2018 passed by the Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 39288/2012, Union of India versus Gramin Bank

Pensioners Samiti and others. The said SLP was dismissed, affirming the judgment of the Division Bench of the Rajasthan High Court, which had followed the judgment of the Karnataka High Court. Directions issued in the said order would equally apply to the present writ petition. Recording the above, the writ petition is disposed of, without any order as to costs. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
