It is submitted that both the sides have come to an amicable settlement in Mediation vide Settlement Agreement dated 18.12.2024, which has been placed on record with application under Order XXIII Rule 1 & 3 of Code of Civil Procedure.

In view of the said settlement, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. The request made is not opposed by the learned counsels for the respondents.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 states that in compliance with the terms of settlement, respondent No.2 has already paid Rs 8,10,000/- after deduction of TDS to respondent No.1 5.
