This petition has been filed with the following prayers: - "a. Issue a writ of Certiorari, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing the impugned Transfer Order dated 30.01.2026 bearing No.
1840/2026-MED-DTE-DA3-MEDDGSNTS, whereby the Petitioner has been transferred from DG Staff Camp Hospital, New Delhi to Composite Hospital, Gandhinagar, Gujarat; and b. Issue a writ of Certiorari, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing the Signal/SELO No. I.IX-1/2025-Med-DA-3 dated 23.10.2025 issued by Respondent No. 3; Signal/SELO No. I.XII-1/2026-Med-DA-3 dated 06.01.2026 issued by Respondent No. 3; and Order No. 02/2026-MED-DTE-DA3-MED-DG dated 27.02.2026 issued by Respondent No. 3 rejecting the Petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2026;"

We have heard the counsel for the parties at length. 3.
We are of the view that the interest of justice, would be served more particularly when the minor son of the petitioner has undergone a surgical intervention on 18.02.2026 by directing the respondents to defer the joining of the petitioner at the place of posting till 01.11.2026. 4.
This order has been passed in the peculiar facts of this case and shall not be treated as a precedent.
