The present application has been filed by the Petitioner praying to be released on personal bond.

Heard. Since no cash is required to be deposited at the time of furnishing surety bond and even otherwise the amount of Rs.10,000/- is not on the higher side in a case like the present one in which the Petitioner is undergoing sentence for committing the offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) & 29 NDPS Act, no ground is made out to allow the prayer of the Petitioner for release on personal bond.

Application is hereby dismissed.

Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
