% 10.02.2020 This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking financial aid for purchase of the drug 'Venetoclax' and reimbursement for purchases already made.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the Committee has approved the purchase of the drug for the petitioner. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of. As far as the claim of the reimbursement for purchases already made, the respondents shall also consider the same and if the petitioner is eligible, release the same expeditiously.
