% 17.02.2016 Crl. M.A. 2884/2016 Present is an application seeking extension of time for payment of costs imposed by this Court by way of order dated 08th January, 2016 in Criminal Appeal No.34/2016.

Mr. Ravi Sikri, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant states that the costs directed to be paid to the respondent shall positively be paid to him on or before 02nd March, 2016 when the Criminal Complaint Case No. 2176/1, under Section 138 of the N.I. Act titled "Hamdarad (Wakaf) Laboratories vs. Rakesh Arora" is listed before the concerned Magistrate for adjudication.

In view of the foregoing the present application is allowed. However, it is made clear that no further time shall be granted in this behalf. Application is disposed of accordingly.
