1. By a separate order passed today i.e., on 4th October 2016 in Arbitration Petition No. 320 of 2016, this Court has appointed an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

2. In that view of the matter, the interim order made by this Court on 9th February, 2016 is directed to continue till such time the learned Arbitrator verifies, vacates or modifies the said order in an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in accordance with law.

3. The petition is disposed of.
