CONT.CAS(C) 78/2020 & CM APPL. 3787/2020 (for stay) During the course of hearing, ld. counsel appearing for the respondent has handed over to Mr. Sharma, ld. counsel for the petitioner 8 pages of the documents, a copy whereof is sought to be placed on record, which, as prayed, is taken on record.

Ld. counsel for respondent submits that the copies of the documents are the basis to issue the show cause notice. In view of the fact that the documents have come to be furnished to the ld. counsel for the petitioner today, both the ld. counsel for the parties agree that the date of hearing fixed

for today i.e. 30.01.2020 at 3:00 p.m. by the District Appropriate Authority, PC & PNDT Act, West District would stand cancelled and the said Authority shall give a fresh notice for personal hearing for a date to be fixed after 08.02.2020.

It does not require any elaboration that the petitioner would be at liberty to file a reply in writing within a week from today and that shall be considered by the District Appropriate Authority while passing the fresh orders.

Mr. Sharma, ld. counsel for the petitioner on his part submits that the petitioner shall be taking independent steps for the action of sealing meantime. It goes without saying that for any of the rights, which may be available, the petitioner would be at liberty to exercise so, in accordance with law.

Taking note of the totality of facts and circumstances, it is observed that the instant petition does not require to be proceeded with further and stands disposed of, accordingly.
