Mr. Niraj Subhash has stated that the bank extended BG no. 009GT01233110001on 24.09.2025 for a sum of Rs. 13,76,01,125.08/- (Rupees Thirteen Crores Seventy Sixlakhs One Thousand and One Hundred and Twenty Five and Eight Paise Only) and the same is valid upto 07 November 2027.The same has been issued at the instance of Shankaranarayana Constructions Pvt. Ltd., in favour of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court.
