The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 04/2025 of PS Cyber Police Station, Rohini for offence under Section 318(4) BNS. 2.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to raise same grounds as raised in this application before the trial court after surrendering and filing a regular bail application. 3.

In view of submission made by learned counsel, interim order dated 28.02.2025 of the predecessor bench stands vacated. 4.

As requested, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
