The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents/MCD to inspect the property bearing no. 1428, Outram Lane, G.T.B. Nagar, Delhi-110009 ('subject property') and take action in accordance with law, including sealing and demolition. 2.

Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents/MCD submits that the present petition has been filed on account of parking disputes between the petitioner and the owner/occupier of the subject property. Nevertheless, it is submitted that the subject property has been inspected and unauthorized construction was found in the form of construction of two rooms over the third floor. He submits that a Show Cause Notice has been issued and action in accordance with law shall be taken.

In view thereof, the writ petition along with pending application stands disposed of.
