By this application, the applicant seeks regular bail in FIR No. 195/2019 under Sections 409/420/120B IPC registered at Economic Offences Wing.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has already deposited the entire alleged entrusted amount of Rs.12 lacs with the Registrar General of this Court and has no objection in case the said amount is returned to the Exchequer. Learned counsel further submits that the applicant is in custody since 03.10.2019. It is further submitted that the applicant is not involved in any other case.

In view of the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court and subject to further following conditions :- (i) The applicant will not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant or any witness

during the trial or tamper with the evidence. (ii) The applicant shall provide the I.O./SHO P.S. Economic Offences Wing with his mobile phone number and address and in the event of change in the same, shall bring it to the notice to the I.O./SHO.

(iii) The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of the NCR of Delhi without prior permission of the concerned Court. (iv) The applicant will remain regularly present before the trial court.

With the above directions, the bail application is disposed of. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. DASTI.
