Through the present application, the petitioner seeks withdrawal of BAIL APPLN. No. 885/2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that BAIL APPLN. No. 885/2025 may be dismissed as withdrawn as per the contents contained in para 3 of the application, which reads thus:
"3. It is submitted that since fresh grounds are to be pleaded on the abovemention matter. Therefore, the Petitioner has decided to withdraw the present Bail Application at this juncture, reserving the right to file a fresh application, if necessary, in accordance with law." 3.
In view of these submissions, and for the reasons stated in the application, the present application stands allowed. 4.
Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. BAIL APPLN. 885/2025 5.
