The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application seeking interim bail of the petitioner on medical grounds which was earlier filed before the learned Trial Court, the same has been withdrawn today.

She submits that the present application, seeking modification of the Order dated 10.07.2025, thus, may be treated as a fresh application for interim bail on medical and humanitarian grounds, and that the petitioner's medical documents have already been handed over to the Investigating Officer (IO) for verification. 3.

In view of the above, the present application be treated as a fresh application seeking interim bail.
