The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning a communication dated 07.12.2018, whereby the petitioners have been deployed as 'Bus Marshalls' with the Delhi Transportation Corporation, Government of NCT of Delhi.

It is stated that the petitioners are temporary employees and are currently serving as Civil Defense Volunteers in various offices of the Revenue Department. 3.

Ms Pushkarna, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that since the dispute is, essentially, relating to employment conditions, it would be apposite for the petitioners to approach the

Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT).

In view of the aforesaid statement, the present petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioners to avail their remedies before the CAT.

The pending application is also disposed of.
