The present petition under Section 397 of the Cr.P.C. read with Section 19 (4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 seeks the following prayers:- "Under the facts and circumstances mentioned above it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:
(a) set aside judgment and order dated 30.9.2019 passed by Sh. Sanjay Garg - 1, Principal Judge, Family Court, South-East, Saket, New Delhi in case no. M-546/2011 AND (b) pass such other and further orders that may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that matter has been settled between the parties in pursuance of which the parties have obtained first motion of divorce by mutual consent.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

Leave granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
