Learned counsel for the defendant nos. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 states that none has appeared on behalf of the plaintiff in these proceedings since 13.09.2022.

He states that the Court had directed issuance of Court notice to the plaintiff on 09.10.2023 since the counsel for the plaintiff had stated that he is not receiving any instructions from the plaintiff. 3.
In pursuance to the order dated 09.10.2023, the Court notice was issued and the plaintiff was duly served through ordinary process. This fact is also being recorded in the order dated 22.01.2024. However, none has entered appearance on behalf of the plaintiff either on 22.01.2024 or 24.05.2024 despite service of the court notice. 4.

behalf the plaintiff. None appears on behalf of plaintiff today as well. 5.
In view of the aforenoted facts and the proceedings recorded before the Court, since 13.09.2022 till 24.05.2024, the present suit is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.

All pending applications stand dismissed.
