% 12.02.2019 The additional public prosecutor submits that charge-sheet which has been filed proposed trial for offences other than those mentioned in the petition. The counsel for the petitioner sought to explain that he had gone by the FIR. Since the chare-sheet is stated to have already been filed it was not correct on the part of the counsel to go by only the FIR. The effort to down play the gravity of the offences is inappropriate. At this stage, the petitioners' counsel submitted he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
