% 10.02.2020 The present petition is filed under section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in pursuance to FIR No.190/2019 registered at Police Station Special Cell (SB) for the offences punishable under sections 186/353/307/34 IPC and 25/27 Arms Act.

Learned APP has informed this Court that the petitioner was asked to go for surgery in DDU Hospital but he refused for the same. Counsel for the petitioner submits that plastic surgery is required which is not possible in DDU Hospital.

The Jail Superintendent is directed to ensure that if plastic surgery is available in DDU Hospital, the same shall be carried out on the expenses of the petitioner and if plastic surgery is not available in said Hospital, the petitioner shall be taken to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and all expenses shall be borne by the petitioner.
