The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No. 455/2013 under Sections 376/380 of the IPC registered with PS Safdarjung Enclave and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 4.

It is seen that the petitioner had filed a similar petition [W.P. (Crl.) 2382/2019], which was dismissed by a judgment dated 14.11.2019. 5.

In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition. The petition is dismissed. However, it is

clarified that the petitioner is not precluded from filing appropriate an application seeking review of the judgment dated 14.11.2019. It will also be open for the petitioner to seek an adjournment before the Trial Court on the ground that the petitioner is seeking to avail appropriate remedies. 6.
