Mr. Amit Ahlawat, APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, states that the chargesheet shall be filed by tomorrow, i.e., 18th March, 2025. In light of the above statement, counsel for Petitioner states he would now be filing for grant of regular bail and accordingly, seeks permission to withdraw the instant application and take appropriate remedies, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.

It is clarified that the Court has not commented on the merits of the case and the Petitioner shall be permitted to raise all grounds as are available under law, at the time of seeking regular bail. 4.
