This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to decide the application dated 13.05.2019 seeking recording the name of the petitioners in their records in respect of the land comprising Khasra Nos. 16/21 (3-14), 22(3-18), 23 (4-7), 24/1(1-12), 20/1 (3-14), 2/1 (1-18), 10 (3-12), 37/19/2/1(1-8), 23/2 (1-0) situated at Village Nizampur, Delhi on the basis of judicial orders, especially order of the Settlement Officer dated 11.06.1980 and on the basis of actual possession of the spot.

The prayer is limited, namely, that respondents No. 2 and 3 be directed to decide the application of the petitioners expeditiously. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that the wife of Sh.Jaipal Singh has not been impleaded as a party to the writ petition who is a necessary party.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that wife of Shri Jaipal has withdrawn her name from the complaint.

In my opinion, the relief sought is simple, namely, disposal of the petition filed by the petitioners before respondents No. 2 and 3. Even if the concerned party were present, she would not have opposed a relief for disposal of the petition. Accordingly, let respondents No. 2 and 3 dispose of the application of the petitioners after due service of notice on all the concerned parties within a period of three months from today. 6.

With the above directions, the present petition is disposed of. 7.

A copy of this order be given Dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
